You know that incredible feeling you get when you give your friends and family that “perfect gift” that causes them to gasp with gratitude and joy? Wouldn’t it be great if you could easily find those perfect gifts without having to wrack your brain or break your budget every holiday?
Searching for those presents is hard enough to do, but it can feel like an impossible task when you add in the extra element of wanting to give gifts that are also in alignment with your true desire to help people… and not harm them.
With my training, experience and knowledge about health and wellness, I want to give gifts that help my loved ones regain and maintain their health. But a basket of vegetables and books on exercise won’t cut it for the festive spirit of holidays.
At the same time, the days of giving a 2-pound box of chocolates or a tin of delicious homemade fudge (from our secret family recipe) are over. With diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and depression running rampant, I can’t in good conscience give something that I know contributes to these debilitating, life-threatening conditions.
On the contrary, knowing what I know about health and wellness, I want to give my friends and family gifts that will help them regain their health. But I can’t just give them a basket of vegetables and some books on exercise, meditation, or dieting!
Holidays are for celebrating and having some fun, and I want the gifts I give to reflect that spirit of joy. It feels so good to share fun and unique gifts that can improve the health and quality of my friend’s or family’s lives! Even if all it does is save them time or make being healthy more fun.
I’ve assembled this list of some of my favorite “Healthy Gifts & Gadgets” so you can check them out. Many of these items I own myself (yes, I give myself healthy gifts!) and others are ones I’ve researched or given away and received great feedback.
Whenever possible, I have tried to include my own photos or a video so you can see how I’m using the products. I’ve also tried to link the items directly to the place(s) where I’ve purchased them so you can price shop or simply ‘click through’ to make your own purchase*.
Full disclosure: whenever possible, I've used affiliate links which result in a referral commission on qualifying purchases. It doesn’t change anything on your end but I wanted you to know anyway. For more info and super fun reading, see my entire Affiliate Disclosure Statement.
I sincerely hope the information and products on this website make you feel better about the gifts you are giving your friends and family and, more importantly, give them the greatest gift of all… their health!
Sincerely,
Lisa Hanfileti
